We originally ordered the CHI on the above vendor, received it flat irons promptly also it was as advertised. However, when it was initially used, the CHI didn’t maintain temperature as well as a defective switch was detected. After contacting AM Health & Beauty on a Sunday, they replied inside a couple of hours and offered to flat irons refund or replace the tool. Even as we i would like a better, they offered flat irons to ship us a fresh one and enclose going back label and then we wouldn’t be forced to pay to send back the defective product! Something which flat irons is almost uncommon nowadays. I will be very astounded by the service of AM Health & Beauty Service and would recommend them like a preferred dealer!
